Waitlist and offer terms

Effective November 2, 2026

These terms cover the Cuoroom waitlist and its launch offer. Cuoroom Inc ("Cuoroom", "we") runs both. The Cuoroom app comes with its own terms, which you accept when you start using it.

The waitlist

• Joining is free. Any valid email can join, and you're on the list once you confirm it. A school email (.edu) then also counts for your school.
• The waitlist is for people 18 and older.
• Joining doesn't guarantee access on any particular date.
• A school opens when 500 of its students are confirmed. Cuoroom plans to launch in January 2027: schools that reach 500 before then open at launch, and after launch, a school opens within days of reaching 500.
• Cuoroom isn't affiliated with any school. School names and colors appear in the race only to show which school is which.

The offer

• Everyone who confirms their email gets 2 months of Plus free at launch. Plus is Cuoroom's paid plan.
• Your 2 months start the first time you sign in to the new Cuoroom, not on launch day.
• Your code arrives by email at launch, at the address you signed up with, along with how to use it.
• When your 2 months end, Plus renews at its regular price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before they end. You'll see the price before you use your code.
• We'll email you a reminder at least 3 days before the first charge.
• You can cancel any time, and we'll show you how when you use your code.
• Charges made through the App Store are billed and refunded by Apple, under Apple's rules. You can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a charge made on cuoroom.com, write to info@cuoroom.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
• You must be 18 or older.
• One offer per person and per email.
• The offer has no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
• We can end or change the offer before launch. If we do, we'll post the change on this page, with a new effective date, before it takes effect.

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
